When I started my diet and began exercising on a recumbent bike, everything moved on my belly and legs like a wobbly bowl of Jello made more noticeable by my sitting position I thought/felt. I noticed the other night when I was exercising those areas have begun to tighten up and not wobble so. For me, that's a great feeling. I know I still have a long way to go and this was not something I'd thought to consider a mini goal, but it sure does make me feel like I am doing something right for myself in a long time. I will stick with it, I am liking the results!
